ULRim Mounted Panic Exit Device

Description:
UL500 series rim exit device is used to offer safe and effective escape route at any time by the single action of pushing on a panic bar fitted across the full width of a door.The rim type panic exit device composes of latch bolt, spring, end cap and press rod. The rim exit device has obtained UL certificate. The exit devices can be optimized for use with Oubao door closer.

Features of Rim Type Panic Exit Device:
1.The rim exit device adopts chassis mounted unit construction to ensure easy installation and maintenance.
2.This rim type panic exit device is applied to institutions, schools, universities, commercial buildings.
3.This non-handed rim exit device fits to both right hand and left hand doors.
4.The rim panic exit device is suitable for 500mm to 1050mm width doors.
5.This rim exit device provides uncompromising security and safety for both single and double fire exit doors.
6.The metal and timber doors can be configured with modern touch pad.
7.Slight pressure on the touch bar of this rim exit device will retract latch for exit.

Properties of ULRim Exit Device:
UL500:
1.This rim exit device is non-handed, field reversible and field sizeable.
2.This rim type panic exit device has one lateral lock point.
3.Semi-length or full length push rail is available for the panic bar.
4.This panic exit device can be made from steel or stainless steel.
5.Dogging of the rim exit device shall be permitted with the use of a furnished Allen key.

UL560:
1.This vertical type panic exit device can be manufactured with two or three lock points.
2.Semi-length or Full length push rail is available for the panic bar.
3.This rim exit device can be made from steel or stainless steel.
4.This rim mounted panic exit device is non-handed, field reversible and field sizeable.
5.Dogging of the rim exit device shall be permitted with the use of a furnished Allen key.

Notice:           
1.Tighten the screws two months after the rim exit device being installed;
2.Do not install the panic exit device in the open air, or it well easily get rusty.

Packaging and Transportation:
1.One piece in an inner box, four inner boxes in one carton;
2.Transport by sea or by air.

This economical press type panic exit device is also ideal for warehouse, factories project. Slight pressure on the panic exit hardware touch bar will retract latch for exit. The press type panic exit device can be optimized for use with Oubao door closer.

Properties of Press Type Panic Exit Device
DK1110:
1.This panic exit hardware is manufactured to be used on single doors and the first opening leaf of double doors.
2.The panic bars supply left or right hand, and can be reversed on site.
3.Double door strike is available for double rebated door applications.

DK1120:
1.This press type panic exit device is non-handed, and is suitable for both right and left hand door and the door up to2500mm high×1300mm wide.
2.This vertical type panic bar is equipped with two point locking for extra security.
3.This panic exit hardware with maximum flexibility can be operated from outside with external access device.

2. This non-handed exit device fits to both left hand and right hand doors.
3. The mortise panic exit device adopts a standard oval shape horizontal bar with 900 mm. Its max length can reach 1300 mm on request.
